We go through your BCP with a fine tooth comb and update everything that needs refreshing.

Update all of the recovery teams' contact information, roles and responsibilities, along with the departments that may move in and out of the recovery team roles.

Provide emergency contact capability during the recovery efforts with real time updates on recovery efforts, backup site locations employees might need to reside at, status of existing physical location occupational status, etc.
